How do I care for my dog jacket?

Follow the care instruction label (inside garment). Easy to care for…machine wash gentle cycle or hand wash – using cold water. Hang to dry.

Do I need a special cleaning solution to care for my dog jacket?

No, but to enhance and prolong the durable water repellent (DWR) qualities of this garment, we recommend the use of cleaning products specifically designed for waterproof-breathable (WPB) technical outerwear fabrics – like Nikwax Tech Wash, for example.

What is the best size for my dog?

Refer to our sizing guide. If your dog is between sizes – we recommend sizing-up to the next larger size.

Do you have a guarantee?

Yes. All of our products are rigorously field tested and we proudly guarantee against defects in materials and craftsmanship. If anything is wrong with your Molosser Apparel product, we’ll work to make it right. Our guarantee covers manufacturing and material defects only and does not include damage caused by any of the following:

  • Improper use or misuse of the product
  • Damage caused by chewing, cleaning, disassembly, alterations, or modifications
  • Damage caused by or resulting from normal wear and tear, abuse, or fire.

How quickly will I receive my order?

We strive to process and ship orders within one to two business days. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. All services are provided by FedEx. We do not ship on non-business days or holidays. Typical (US) delivery receipt is 3-5 business days.

Can I exchange or return my purchase?

We want you to dig your Molosser Apparel experience. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your order for a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.

The items returned must not have been used, altered, washed, or damaged, and must include original packaging.

We recommend carefully trying on your new Molosser Apparel gear indoors, and keeping the packaging intact, before your next adventure. Correct fit is critical to the performance of Molosser Apparel products.

To be eligible for a full refund or credit, new, unused products must be clean and free of dog hair. If the product has been tried on and contains dog hair, all dog hair must be removed from the product to avoid a cleaning fee.

Products requiring cleaning (including removal of dog hair) will be charged a $5 cleaning fee.
